Summer Cooking

I love to cook!  But in the summer I like to cook cooler foods like the good ole Nacho Salad!  It is so easy and delicious and good for you!!  I spread a bunch of corn chips in a huge bowl.  Then I layer it with tons of vegetables!  First I add about a whole head of romaine lettuce, then celery, cabbage, peppers, and anything else in your refrigerator.  Then I add some shredded cheese.  Then I add my homemade Salsa - tomatoes, onion, tomatillos, lemon, cilantro and parsley.  Then I add my homemade guacamole- avocados,tomatoes,cilantro,lemon,lime and garlic.  The super special secret ingredient is pickles!!  I add some chopped pickles and spread it around the nacho salad and it is so good.  Sometimes I will add sour cream but usually I don't have it and it is still good without it.  A lot of times I make clean out the refrigerator nacho salad, so anything goes!  It always taste super good and is fun to eat!  Cheers to summer cooking!!!  ♥  ツ

I discovered Gimp!  It is sooooo much fun to play with photos!  Here is a photo of my 2 dogs on my hands!  I will get better with practice!  But for now, let the silliness begin!!!
