My life list


Well, sometimes I can get a little anxious about things in my life and decided to make a list to relax me and keep me focused. I go through the list one by one until I feel better. Here is my list:
  1. Don't take yourself so seriously.
  2. Be Present and surrender to the present moment.
  3. Be Grateful and thankful.
  4. Relax and take deep breaths.
  5. Say to yourself ~ Everyday in every way I am getting better and better.
  6. Love yourself and don't judge or criticize yourself and others.
  7. If your going to think, then think Positively.
  8. Raise your Vibration through thoughts of Love, Peace and Joy.
  9. Be Nice ~ Because Nice Matters.
  10. Forgive yourself and others.
