
Well, sometimes I can get a little anxious about things in my life and decided to make a list to relax me and keep me focused. I go through the list one by one until I feel better. Here is my list:
- Don't take yourself so seriously.
- Be Present and surrender to the present moment.
- Be Grateful and thankful.
- Relax and take deep breaths.
- Say to yourself ~ Everyday in every way I am getting better and better.
- Love yourself and don't judge or criticize yourself and others.
- If your going to think, then think Positively.
- Raise your Vibration through thoughts of Love, Peace and Joy.
- Be Nice ~ Because Nice Matters.
- Forgive yourself and others.
