Wow, I had a very Merry Christmas!! It was wonderful seeing my family. I especially enjoyed my little brother Brad Brad! He is very funny, nice and adorable. I love that he still loves Star Wars ever since he was about 3 years old. He used to love Greedo and all the storm troopers. I enjoy finding Star Wars holiday ornaments to give him for his tree. I wish him a Happy New Year!! :-)

Wow, I am so happy that our new President is Barack Obama!! I am ready for change, hope, peace and love. Today is a magical day and am glad to be alive. I feel inspired to spread peace, hope and love. Thank you President Obama. You Rock!!!

I had a dream about Obama

My Stray Cat - Harry

Well, I have a new friend and he already taught me so much. His name is Harry and he is a stray cat that has found me. I never thought I would like a cat because I am a dog lover. But it nice to feed a kitty who doesn't have a home. I put it out to the Universe that I am open to any stray dogs but a cat found me instead. I already learned the art of detachment from Harry and so much more. I feel blessed.

Mohonk Mountain House

Wow, what an awesome time I had at the Mohonk Mountain House last week. I feel rejuvenated and refreshed. It is a truly magical place with delicious food and awesome peddle boat rides and very cool company. It is one of those places that everyone should visit at least once in their life.

We are all connected......

Wow, the coolest thing happened to me. I was hanging out with my husband at Omega in Rhinebeck, NY and a message was left on our Jeep seat. It was a beautiful card that said "We are all connected...." On the back it said HopeRevo.com, so I went to the website and it said that "This is the Hope Revolution. It began one evening when she left "Hope Notes" around New York City and inadvertently ispired others who heard about it to do the same in their cities. You can spread hope too. I know I am inspired to spread hope. :-)

My Awesome B-day Present

Wow, I got the best Birthday present ever!! My twin is the nicest sister in the whole world. I've been trying to win a Suzi Blu Painting on Ebay for about a year. My awesome sister bought me a Suzi Blu Painting for my Birthday and I love it!!! It is so perfect and beautiful and wonderful!!!! It is magical and has a wondeful energy to it. Super Cool Moth

I saw the coolest Moth today. It was tan with brown trim and a brown cross on his back. The moth looked like a knight or something like that. It had a wondeful energy to it, like it had a message. I have seen a lot of cool looking moths lately but this one was my favorite. I wish I had a picure. :-)

Because Nice Matters

Being nice is important to me. Sometimes when it comes down to feeling better, if you do something nice for someone or something. It makes you feel better. So it's a win win situation. Do something nice today. :-)

Forgiveness and George Michael

Sometimes when I need help with forgiveness, a song will do the trick. So yesterday I heard the song "Praying for Time" by George Michael and wham! it did the trick. I felt total forgiveness for everyone. It is a beautiful song that moves me to tears. Please enjoy the music.

Wine and Friends

Today is Sunday, which is wine and friends night. So my husband makes me dinner and while it's being made I drink wine, eat bread and cheese and watch Friends on dvd. It's my favorite night of the week. I declare Friends the funniest show ever!!! My favorite is when Chandler and Phoebe sing together. Please watch the funny clip. :-)

My Awesome Dream

Well last night I went to sunny California. It was around 4 in the morning when I was dreaming that I just landed in Santa Barbara with my sister and my tour guide was Rick Springfield. I guess it makes sense since he is the only person I know who lives in California. Well, I remember saying to my sister that I knew I would like California. The energy there is so calm and peaceful from what I remember in my dream. I always wanted to go there and now I feel like I have been. I love my dreams, my sister, Rick Springfield and sunny California. Peace.

Bugsy the Bunny

Did you ever hear about a rabbit who was litter box trained like a cat. Well, my rabbit Bugsy was the coolest rabbit ever. He was super smart and very good about using the litter box. He would eat any people food and especially loved pizza. I was so used to him jumping on the couch and demanding a piece of whatever we were eating that I forgot to warn my friend. Even now, the image of Busgy trying to grab a piece of crust out of her mouth makes me giggle with glee. She screamed and I yelled "Just give him a piece and he will leave you alone." Never make a rabbit mad is my motto.

Fireflies or Faries

Last night I turned off the light and looked up. I couldn't believe what I saw. My first thought was, cool a fairy. Then I put on my glasses and realized it was another firefly. So my husband got the bug sucker and gently let it outside. It is fun to look at a firefly without contacts or glasses. It looks like an orb or fairy floating in the sky.

Being in Balance

I want to be in balance and have inner peace. I have been attempting to re-balance and have noticed a positive change. Everything went out the window this morning. I got up early on my day off to go to a work meeting and found out when I got there it was canceled. Well, no one called to let me know. Needless to say I was mad and extremely hurt. I hate getting up early for nothing. All the past hurts came flooding back and I realized that I needed to let go of the past. If I was more peaceful inside, I wouldn't been so bent out of shape. So, slowly I found my inner peace and the day didn't seem so bad. I like to be peaceful. :-)

Fireflies

A firefly was on my window last night. I was amazed by the light and decided to look up what it mean to see a Firefly. I looked it up in the book Animal-Wise by Ted Andrews. It says that Fireflies, often called Lightning bugs, are magical symbols of inspiration and hope. Wow, it made me feel really good to have one on my window. I have felt more creative lately with a renewed sense of hope and wonder. It actually made me decide to create a blog for the first time. Thank you firefly. I will look for you tonight. :-)
